| Nicholas Kamm/Getty Images Trump derides CNN days after administration moves to block media mergerLess than one week after the Department of Justice announced it would seek to block a merger between AT&T and Time Warner, and after President Donald Trump pledged he wouldn't "get involved," the president tweeted out a familiar criticism of CNN, a subsidiary of Time Warner. Earlier this week, Trump expressed his disapproval toward the deal as he departed the White House to spend Thanksgiving at Mar-a-Lago, but pledged not to get involved. He followed that up with a tweet saying he was "forced" to watch CNN abroad. "While in the Philippines I was forced to watch @CNN, which I have not done in months, and again realized how bad, and FAKE, it is. Trump has been vocal about the blockbuster media merger since his campaign for the presidency.
