Donald Trump says he raised $100 million last month for his presidential campaign and Republican partners. That would make September the best fundraising month Trump has had. The Democratic nominee raised $154 million last month. Trump and his allies began October with $75 million in cash reserves -- exactly half of what Clinton's team said it had. Trump's September fundraising includes a $2 million personal donation.
