President Trump won’t attend November summits of Asian leaders in Singapore and Papua New Guinea, the White House said Friday, and is sending Vice President Mike Pence in his stead. Mr. Trump in November plans to travel to Europe, where he’ll attend a World War I ceremony in Paris, and to South America for a summit of leaders from the Group of 20 leading nations, the White House said.
