Taylor is the creator of the free Refugee Aid app, or RefAid, which connects refugees with crucial services when and where they need them most. The app enables service providers, organizations and volunteers, to see what is available where using geo-location. The communication tools allow organizations to communicate with each other and directly with refugees who have downloaded the app, with location specific messages. More than 400 of the largest charities, NGOs and refugee aid organizations in the world are using RefAid, including Doctors without Borders, The Salvation Army and the Red Cross.
