Regarding your editorial: “Comey Doesn’t Say Much” (March 21): It’s true that FBI Director James Comey was reticent and evasive, but what he did say had a strong partisan bias and ramifications. A FISA court approval is required for surveillance of Americans, and one was obtained under Obama’s presidency. This wasn’t needed to monitor the Russians, so was it obtained to monitor Donald Trump or his advisers?
