(Reuters)President Trump spent most of his news conference in Puerto Rico on Tuesday playing the expectations game. I've been to Puerto Rico many times as, I think, most of you have known. And then, all of a sudden, we said there's another one heading out to Puerto Rico and to the U.S. Virgin Islands. We need to work together in order to overcome the many challenges that we have here in Puerto Rico.
