If you're a media org with tweets still up that name a witness as a suspect, now's a good time to delete them. We’ll update this post if we see any response from Fox. Sadly, this misleading information has been left to stand on the Fox News Channel’s twitter account and continued to circulate online even now. For all of these reasons, we ask that Fox News either retract or update the tweet to reflect the suspect’s actual identity. ‎ Kate PurchaseDirector of CommunicationsOffice of the Prime Minister of CanadaBy 1930 ET, Fox News had deleted the tweet that offended the Canadian PMO.
