Photo: Guy WilliamsThis Queenstown Landscaping truck ended up on its side after its driver swerved to avoid a head-on collision on the Gibbston Highway yesterday afternoon. The driver and sole occupant, who was uninjured, told the Otago Daily Times he was returning to Queenstown from a job in Gibbston when an oncoming van pulled out in front of him during an overtaking manoeuvre. The incident, which is being investigated by the police, occurred about 2pm near the intersection with Resta Rd.
