Pictures show a truck which appears to have come off the road being attached to a tow truck, with police still on the scene. ‌The A181 was closed in both directions between Wheatley Hill Service Station and Salters Lane at Wingate since shortly before 11am this morning. ‌The North East Ambulance Service has confirmed that two people were taken to North Tees Hospital in Stockton, and two more were discharged at the scene.
