Truck driver killed in Waitomo fatal namedTOM LEE/FAIRFAX NZ A truck driver killed in this crash has been named. A truck driver who died in logging truck crash in Waitomo has been named. Albert Frans Devries, of Rotorua, died when the truck he was driving rolled on Te Anga Rd on Thursday morning. It was earlier reported that police were on the hunt for a doctor who declared the driver dead, before driving off. The driver, or anyone who knows who they may be, should contact Te Kuiti Police on 07 878 1450.
