A truck driver dies after losing control of his truck on Yuen Chau Tsai section of Tai Po Road near Wang Fuk Court, ramming the truck into the railings and rolled over. The accident happened around 12.26pm today, with the driver being trapped between the driver’s cab and the railings. The driver was certified dead after he was extricated, trapping inside the vehicle for over two hours. According to reports, the driver, aged around 50 years, only started the job on November 24, delivering construction materials from Kam Tin to Chai Wan. Due to the fatal accident, the Tai Po Road - Yuen Chau Tsai eastbound and Tolo Highway eastbound have been temporarily closed, traffic is expected.
