The victim has been identified as 20-year-old Afsana Akhter, who was travelling with her husband in the morning. Afsana was five months into her pregnancy, said her husband Abul Azim, who was driving the motorcycle. “We were on our way to Narayanganj to visit a relative. A truck ran over her,” he told bdnews24.com. Afsana was rushed to the Dhaka Medical College Hospital where she was declared dead.
