The police serious crash unit is investigating the cause of a truck crashing off a bridge in Ashburton on Friday. A truck has crashed off a bridge in Ashburton. Emergency services were called to the crash on a bridge at Maronan Rd in Ashburton just before 5.45pm on Friday. A police spokeswoman said the truck had crashed off the bridge and rolled upside down. The police serious crash unit was on scene investigating the cause of the crash, she said.
