A truck crash has closed State Highway 39 south of Hamilton. Emergency services were called to the crash about 11.50pm, a police spokeswoman said. It was a single-vehicle crash with the truck going off the road and rolling. The driver was out of the cab and appeared to have moderate injuries and a heavy tow truck would be required. The NZ Transport Agency said the road was closed between Meadway and Oakshott road, and motorists should allow for extra time.
