Officers from the San Leonardo Police Station told INQUIRER.net that the still unidentified man may face alarm and scandal cases after he blocked the Tumana Road in Barangay Mallorca, San Leonardo. The video was uploaded by a concerned citizen on Facebook on Tuesday. However, when soldiers aboard a military truck going to Camp Tecson in San Miguel Bulacan passed by and called his attention, he fled. Police said the suspect is not in their custody as of now, although he and the woman he was having a fight with were brought to the police station after the incident.
