(PIC: Conor Ó Mearáin)Gardaí arrested 19 people, including two juveniles, last night in Dublin for public order offences, as they closed off many streets to large crowds. Gardaí said the victim of the assault was not partaking in any public order incidents. Of the 19 arrested, two juveniles were released and referred for Juvenile Diversion Programme, six persons received the Adult Caution, one person was released pending a summons for public order offences, while 10 people were charged with public order offences and will appear in court at a later date.
