Share TweetBy Francis WakefieldThe National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) today said sea travel remains risky over the seaboards of Northern Luzon, Eastern Visayas and areas under Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal (TCWS) due to the approaching Tropical Storm Basyang and the surge of northeast monsoon. 1 over Negros Occidental, Zamboanga del Sur and the rest of Zamboanga del Norte might take place in the next bulletin. As of 10 a.m. today, the center of Tropical Storm “Basyang” was estimated at 620 km east southeast of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur.
