SUPPLIED Tropical Cyclone Neil formed east of Fiji on Saturday, and while itself will have little impact on New Zealand, storms following it might do. As of Saturday, Cyclone Neil is one of three tropical lows between New Zealand and the Fiji/Tonga area, with the other two making their way to New Zealand first. "I think we'll know by Monday what's most likely," Duncan said. "There's at least five or six tropical lows [for New Zealand] over the next week."
