IN Seoul, the president pecks an admirer on the lips and all the anti-Duterte liberals (and Liberals) in Manila go crazy. Now they don’t have to do anything more except watch Duterte and his men explain what he did in Seoul. At heart, I think the president is a huge, if non-online, troll, the biggest I’ve heard of. And judging from the reactions of both camps, Duterte’s trolling is very, very successful. The thing is, Duterte’s trolling is definitely not going to stop.
