Triumph eyes new motorcycle world land speed record. Will they, won't they? : Bikes, News


Triumph has once again announced that it will attempt to break the motorcycle world land speed record once again in August 2016. The current motorcycle world land speed record is 605.697 kmph and is held by Rocky Robinson since 2010 who then rode the Top Oil-Ack Attack streamliner. The Triumph Infor Rocket gets carbon Kevlar monocoque construction and is powered by two turbocharged Triumph Rocket III engines putting out 1,000 bhp at 9,000 rpm.
