Triumph has once again announced that it will attempt to break the motorcycle world land speed record once again in August 2016. The current motorcycle world land speed record is 605.697 kmph and is held by Rocky Robinson since 2010 who then rode the Top Oil-Ack Attack streamliner. Also Read: Triumph launches new Thruxton R cafer in India; prices start at Rs 10.90 lakhThe world record attempt will be attempted by multiple world speed record holder Guy Martin who will be riding the Triumph Infor Rocket Streamliner for the record run. The Triumph Infor Rocket gets carbon Kevlar monocoque construction and is powered by two turbocharged Triumph Rocket III engines putting out 1,000 bhp at 9,000 rpm.
