The Tripoli Security Department has issued a statement confirming that an outlaw armed group carried out a random shooting on Tuesday morning at the National Commercial Bank, Sooq Al-Thulatae, Tripoli. "One security guard was killed and three others were injured due to the haphazard shooting, besides the abduction of three other security guards who were at the bank." The statement says.
