Trio may have left country after the hit - Nation

KUALA LUMPUR: The three remaining suspects hunted by police over the assassination of North Korean leader Kim Jong-un’s half-brother Kim Jong-nam on Monday may have left the country immediately after the hit was carried out. It is learnt that the men, aged between 30 and 50, were believed to have boarded a flight to a neighbouring country right after the killing by two women subsequently arrested by police. Based on CCTV footages, sources said the suspects changed their clothes before heading to the departure hall to board their flight. “However, after the attack, they went to a restroom and changed before heading to the departure hall to board their flight,” sources said. The ruse might have been designed to evade the authorities as well as the two female assassins who allegedly attacked Jong-nam.
