KUANTAN: Two police constables and a labourer implicated in the Saturday shooting of a grocery shop owner at his home, are now suspected of being involved in a series of robberies and extortions throughout the district. Rosli was clarifying news reports which claimed three policemen were involved in the shooting incident, with one of them allegedly having pulled the trigger. "The man (labourer) had then pulled out a pistol from his pouch and fired a shot which hit the victim's neck. He said that a police team combing the scene recovered the documents, which were traced back to a policeman, who was not involved in the shooting. "However, the victim is unable to give a statement to the police yet due to his weak state," he said.
