Trillanes files new cyberlibel raps vs ex-Marines, SMNI hostsMANILA, Philippines — Former Senator Antonio Trillanes IV has once again filed cyberlibel complaints over the allegations against him by the 18 former Marines. The 12 remaining witnesses opted not to sign after their lawyer intervened, Matibag said.
