By TITUS OTEBAMore by this AuthorAn elections tribunal has ordered Ford-Kenya to issue a nomination certificate to the winner of the Bumula parliamentary seat nomination to Mr Jack Wanami Wamboka. Tribunal chairman Kyalo Mbubi said Mr Wamboka won the nominations fairly. Mr Moses Mwambu Mabonga was to be given the certificate but Mr Wamboka went to the tribunal to block the move. “The plan to deny the complainant the certificate was in bad taste. No credible evidence has been produced to show that he incited violence during the primaries,” Mr Mbubi said.
