Economy & Politics Tribunal nullifies expulsion of Mutua, MPs by WiperMachakos governor Alfred Mutua. Those affected were Mr Mutua, MPs Regina Nthambi (Kilome), Joe Musyimi (Mwingi Central), John Munuve (Mwingi North), Michael Kisoi (Mbooni), and Richard Makenga (Kaiti). “There was no due process in respect of the expulsion process applied with regard to the alleged misconduct of the complainants. The Political Parties Disputes Tribunal said that it was not clear whether Wiper Party was using its 2012 or 2016 party constitution. Wiper Party relied on the 2016 party constitution to expel them.
