Diana said she was asked by Service Ontario staff if she'd had "bottom surgery" and told she'd need to provide a note from her surgeon and the contact information. Provincial requirement called a huge obstacleDiana later learned that Service Ontario staff weren't entirely correct about requirements for the photo card. Diana says it's humiliating being asked to provide a doctor's letter so her Ontario photo card will accurately reflect her gender.
