The Teachers Service Commission interferes with school operations by transferring principals in the middle of the term, Kuppet says. Kakamega Kuppet executive secretary Harrison Otota yesterday said, “This is not the right time for TSC to transfer teachers. They should allow students to focus on their studies.”Students of Musaga Secondary on Friday last week protested against a new principal. Area MP Emmanuel Wangwe accused the TSC of violating its own policies by posting a new school head in the middle of the third term. The TSC said the transfer was made in July, but the community rejected him.
