The summer transfer window is always a hive of activity as clubs splash the cash in order to improve their fortunes in the upcoming season. There is likely to be a huge influx of players in the Premier League with Manchester United and Arsenal both looking to rebuild after dismal campaigns. Manchester City could also bolster their squad as they seek to stay one step ahead of Liverpool while Tottenham haven’t signed a player since January 2018 so investment is needed.
