Manchester United , Arsenal and Chelsea are among the teams likely to be busy as they look to strengthen their squads. The Red Devils have been most recently linked with Chelsea star Mason Mount with a £55million bid being reported. There are also likely to be a number of incoming at the Emirates as Mikel Arteta looks to make that final step by winning the Premier League title. Haydon Hackney and Edmund Tapsoba have been among the names linked but Liverpool, Newcastle and Tottenham are among their potential challengers for the duo. After their disastrous season, Chelsea are likely to spend big to try and solve their issues.
