The start of the new Premier League season is just around the corner and all of Manchester United, Arsenal and Chelsea are expected to be busy. The Red Devils have been keen to sign Manuel Ugarte all summer to increase their midfield options but may now switch focus to either Real Sociedad’s Martin Zubimendi or Burnley star Sander Berge, having been unable to agree a fee with PSG for the Uruguayan. Talks with Monaco to sign Youssouf Fofana are also reportedly on.
