A road in southeast Calgary is shut down in both directions after a train derailed on Wednesday evening, Calgary police said. As of 9:30 p.m., Calgary police said Ogden Road S.E. was shut down in both directions between 50th Avenue and Millican Road S.E. Jeremy Chivers was at his Ogden home watching television when he heard a big boom. Chivers said there have been train derailments at that same site before.
