Chris Hadley said tragic Charlotte Watson, 33, fell down a set of steep stairs while drunk at their terraced 1920s property. He described hearing her "tumble" down the stairs and running to find her lying across the floor at the bottom after falling following a five-hour binge-drinking session. Chris, who has two sons from a previous relationship, said: "He is just about to turn six and now won't have a mum - I don't think he really understands it fully. Chris has spoken out about her tragic death to urge others to be careful when drinking alcohol. "You go out into town and see people drinking and fighting but they don't realise how quickly life can change."
