A furious taxi driver has hit out at a parking warden who gave him a £70 fine when he got out of his vehicle for one minute to help an elderly customer. Victor Isaac left the cab so he could help a frail woman using a walker into the car. But as the 51-year-old helped her, a passing warden slapped a fine on his windscreen in Romsey, Hampshire. Private hire driver Mr Isaac, from Totton, near Southampton, said the female warden 'should be more sensitive to these things'. 'These parking restrictions are clearly marked and the ticket was issued in line with the council's enforcement policy.
