Motorists have been advised to avoid roads in the Ortigas Central Business District to be affected by a convoy dry-run scheduled for Monday, April 16, for the 51st Annual Meeting of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in May. In an advisory, the Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) said that motorists should brace for traffic flow disruptions along affected routes. The upcoming meeting, to be hosted by the Philippines, would be held at the ADB headquarters in Mandaluyong City from May 3 to 6, 2018. ADVERTISEMENTThe convoy dry-run would be organized by the Department of Finance from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
