When it comes to the celebratory feast, I dare not even imagine a festive table without roast turkey and its accoutrements. The highlight of the hotel’s Christmas Buffet is, of course, roast turkey with stuffing – what could be more classic than that? Enjoy a classic roast turkey and stuffing made with bread, fresh herbs, and chopped hazelnuts. Also on the festive menu is roast lamb, which is marinated for 48 hours in a secret blend of herbs and spices. Business hours (for Christmas buffet dinner): 7pm to 10.30pm (Dec 23 to 25).
