Online bond-trading platform Tradeweb Markets Inc. said it would sell shares at $27 apiece in its initial public offering on Thursday, capitalizing on investors hungry for new issues. The price tops the $24-to-$26 range Tradeweb had said it was targeting and values the company at $6 billion. It had already upsized the deal this week in the face of high demand, and ultimately received orders for 17 times the number of offered shares, a person familiar with the matter said.
