Cottage-country commuters are in for delays after a tractor trailer rollover closed portions of highways 400 and 401 Victoria Day morning. The ramp from southbound Hwy. 401 to eastbound Hwy. 401 to eastbound Hwy. 401 were closed following the collision, according to a tweet by provincial police.
