Nyeri county commissioner Onesmus Musyoki (pictured) on Tuesday said more than 5,600 identity cards have not been collected and urged youths to pick them. He said it was unfortunate that cards collect dust while youths are urged to register to vote. Musyoki directed chiefs and registration officers to trace owners of the IDs to their homes and deliver the cards.
