MANILA, Philippines — Toyota Motor Philippines Corp. (TMP) further expanded its presence in the country with the opening of a new dealership in Zamboanga del Norte. In a statement, TMP said the new dealership located in Barangay Sicayab in Dipolog City is the Japanese automaker’s second in the Zamboanga Peninsula and 71st in the country. Covering 7,200 square meters, the new dealership will cater to growing demand for its vehicle lineup and after-sales services. We look forward to Toyota Dipolog in bringing better mobility to more people in Zamboanga,” TMP president Atsuhiro Okamoto said. As of end-April, TMP sold 41,737 vehicles, 62 percent higher than the 25,732 units sold in the same period last year.
