Toyota introduces Yaris Cross in ThailandB-segment five-door hatch gets improved engine and stylish high-riding package. Toyota Motor Thailand has launched a high-riding version of its B-segment hatchback called Yaris Cross. Toyota has also taken the opportunity to update the regular Yaris hatchback with a new petrol engine made compatible with Ecocar II rules. There are three grades for the Yaris hatch: Entry 539,000 baht, Mid 589,000 baht and High 649,000 baht. The improved 1.2-litre petrol engine (3NR-FXE) features electrically controlled variable valve system, abbreviated VVT-iE.
