A tout accused of having pushed a 17-year-old boy from a moving bus has been arrested by officers from the National Transport and Safety Authority. The tout was accused of pushing the teenager out of a moving bus along Outering Road on Wednesday, May 17. The boy was then run over to death by the same bus. Earlier on, the driver identified as Geoffrey said he was not aware of what had transpired in the bus.
