The first half of 2025 saw a near 13% decline in overall tourism numbers, with the second half of year improving. Last month, 429,800 foreign visitors completed a trip to Ireland. Visitors spent €184m on day-to-day expenditures such as eating out, entrance fees, as well as public transport.
