This time, investors of Royal Blue Tours, a Dubai-based travel agency, is set to establish an entertainment hub at the Culili point in the coastal village of Masintoc, Paoay town. A double-deck bus is expected to transfer passengers from the seaport, which is just approximately a 15-minute drive to the Culili point.
