'Tough time': Mother of mosque attack victim assaulted in aggravated robbery

The mother of a Christchurch mosque attack victim has been left shaken after being dragged across the floor of the dairy she was working at in an aggravated robbery. Police are asking the public for help to find two men who allegedly entered the Springs Rd dairy in Christchurch, threatened and assaulted the woman before leaving with cigarettes at 7.30am yesterday. The Herald has spoken with her son, who also works at the dairy, but did not want to be identified. It is another blow for the family after losing their beloved son and brother in the Christchurch mosque attacks. The dairy's owner Junaid died at the Masjid Al Noor mosque in Deans Ave during the shooting on March 15, 2019.
