Clean athletes would be protected while those entangled in doping would be exposed and humiliated,” said Wario who was presiding over the launch of Adak’s four-year strategic plan at a Nairobi hotel. Wario explained: “Cheats will be exposed irrespective of their world status, their agents and coaches will be brought to book. I urge all sports federations to abide by the new ADAK’s strategic plan that will help Kenya.”Wario said Sh2 billion has been set aside by the Government to ensure that Adak thrives and becomes a major anti-doping agency. Adak’s strategic plans revolves around four pillars that involves compliance with the World Anti-Doping Code, Education and Research, Testing and Investigations and lastly Therapeutic Use Exemptions.
