Tottenham have reportedly created a four-man shortlist including Timo Werner as a back-up option to Willian Jose because negotiations with Real Sociedad are proving difficult. Spurs have struggled for goals of late with Harry Kane out injured until April at the earliest. But Jose Mourinho has indicated the club need to sign an out-and-out striker as they bid to return to the top four. Gedson Fernandes has so far been the only acquisition for Tottenham in the January transfer window but the club are desperate to add a new front man before the January 31st deadline.
