Tottenham have confirmed the signing of Steven Bergwijn from PSV Eindhoven, in a £27million deal. The Netherlands international has been given the No 23 shirt, which was previously worn by Christian Eriksen. The midfielder was a fan favourite at Tottenham, but his relationship with the club soured in the final months as he looked for a way out.
