Manchester United and Tottenham have both made contact with AS Monaco star Islam Slimani’s representatives over a potential move back to the Premier League. Red Devils manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer now only has youngster Mason Greenwood as a recognised first-team striker. Meanwhile, Tottenham forward Harry Kane ruptured a tendon in his hamstring against Southampton on New Year’s Day.
