Tottenham manager Jose Mourinho has been tipped to sign out-of-contract Willian this summer from Chelsea, as he aims to stamp down his authority on the Spurs squad. The Brazilian is set to leave Chelsea at the end of the campaign, having spent seven years at Stamford Bridge. Tottenham owner Daniel Levy is reportedly already looking to tie-up a deal for Willian, ahead of the new season. He's set to offer the Brazilian forward a lucrative contract, which would see Willian become the first Tottenham signing of the summer. Tottenham were set to confirm the signing of Willian, before Chelsea snuck in at the final minute to hijack the deal.
